Mebius Dust

Ten years after a mysterious meteor crashed on Earth, some people gain special powers called Rams and become known as Ram Carriers. However, these people only survive near a mysterious giant crystal that releases mysterious dust. This forces them to live in the town of Shinkatsushika and never leave. 

To spend time, the town’s children use their power to play games. A high school guy, Araki, joins this game competition along with his younger sister, Stella, and his childhood friend, Olga, and their team is called Plis Hopper. 

Their ordinary lives take an unexpected turn when a professional, Rams, invites them to play a mysterious game. Soon they realised they had become part of an experiment, and the fate of the whole town depended on it.
